About the Class:  In this class, we will be taking tissue paper and bits of what some consider 'garbage" to create a sculpture.  The base of the sculpture will be a styrofoam head and each students should bring meaningful bits to add to your sculpture.  An example of found objects to bring could be parts from an old computer,and printer, my daughter;s old nebulizer tube, a cell phone, spent brass, straw from the zoo., etc.  The goal is to create a sculpture that is unique to you.  This class is suitable for all skill levels  

Supplies:  Attendees should bring found objects they can incorporate into their piece.

Artist Bio:  Charlotte Horton is a mixed media artist known for her experimental and multilayered approach to art. She enjoys experimenting with a variety of mediums and techniques, often incorporating unexpected materials into her work. She likes to push her materials and discover new ways to use them. Charlotte is also known for including subtle, hidden elements within her pieces, inviting the viewer to look closer and discover new meanings and interpretations. Charlotte’s work is a reflection of her curiosity and desire to explore the world around her. With a keen eye for detail and a playful spirit, this artist's work is both visually striking and thought-provoking, encouraging the viewer to engage with the piece in a deeper and more meaningful way.
