About the Class:  Yupo paper has a very smooth slick surface that does not absorb water. The paint flows and blends in a variety of colors and textures creating luscious marks on your paper The workshop will include color application and brush strokes and a variety of textures.  Create strong positive shapes on a simple background and negative shapes on a strong background. Each has its own special appearance. Some painting experience REQUIRED. 2 full days of painting fun!

Supplies: Pat will send a basic supply list and provide the various materials for creating marks, special features, etc.  Yupo Paper provided at $3.00 per full sheet.

Artist Bio: Pat has been painting and teaching for many years in New York, New Jersey and now in Western North Carolina. Her demonstrations focus on just the essence of her subject whether in figures, flowers or landscapes. She has received several local and regional awards and is a member of the North East Watercolor Society, Audubon Artists, Inc. and a former elected member of the NJ Watercolor Society and the Salmagundi Club in NYC. www.Patmorganart.com
