Art Place December Gallery Show

Ready to hang your art for sale in our gallery? Here is how it will work:
- You MUST register online, no walk in registrations will be accepted for this next show
- You must be an Art League member.
- You can submit one piece
- Dimensions not to exceed 36"x36"
- All 2D work must be wired for hanging. No sawtooth backs will be accepted. Please refer to the exhibits guidelines under the Exhibits tab at www.ArtLeagueHVL.org.
- Artwork can not of been hung in the Art Place gallery in the Big Reveal Auction.
- The exhibit fee for this show is $15
- Artist will earn 70% commission on sales and the Art League will retain 30%.
- We will have a 75 piece limit for this show.
- Deadline to register is November 28th
- Art drop off will be Thursday, December 1st from 11-1.
- We will also accept work December 1st at 6pm, if you make prior arrangements to do so.
- Show will run December 3rd- January 6th
- You will also be required to sign up to work a 2.5 hour gallery shift during this time frame. If you can not make your shift, you will need to find a replacement member and notify Robyn of the change. Two people will be assigned to each time slot.
- An opening Reception will be Saturday December 3rd from 2-4. Art Place will provide water, wine, and all paper goods. We would love participants to bring something to share. Think grab and go individual things that require minimal touching.
- Gallery hours will be Wed- Sat 11-4 with the exception of Christmas Eve & New years Eve when we will be closed.
