About the Class: This is “Discovering Watercolor Art” designed for those with no or little art experience. For those with prior art experience in any media this class will provide the essentials to start or continue in watercolor. Don't be intimidated, this is a sure fire way to get started knowing how to apply watercolors to a sketch. The instructor will provide dozens of sample pictures for inspiration. Best of all, this workshop includes all supplies and each student will finish with their art work matted and framed in a glass frame.

Artist Bio: Kurt Jarvis has had a lifetime of art teaching in several media. In past years he did sculpturing work in porcelain clay, teaching and selling miniature wildlife porcelain hand building for many years. In recent years he has worked in acrylic and I more recent years specializing and teaching watercolor. He teaches Watercolor Art, Under the Sea Watercolors, Beginning Watercolor pencils, Chinese Brush essentials, Text art and Cigar Box text art in Myrtle Beach, SC.
