This will be a creative and joyful class where everyone gets to make their own accordion-style concertina journal from the beginning. Will explore color, style, and creativity so that your journal will be a depiction of you. We will be using thick, padded poster board, watercolor, paper, and various materials for our covers.
All supplies will be provided
Artist Bio:
I’m a curious collage artist with a passion for acrylic and watercolor painting. I enjoy blending works with different styles, textures, colors, dynamic forms, and abstract expression. I love experimenting with collage papers to create rich, visual stories that explore balance, movement, and emotion. My love for concertina journals came from needing a journal that dries a bit more easily. And the accordion-style journals are wonderful for this!
