Your artist statement, bio, and resume are essential tools for sharing your story and connecting with audiences. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to use AI as a creative partner to craft polished, professional writing, including a 200-word artist statement, a 1,000-word expanded statement, and a strong artist bio/resume.
Please bring your own laptop to use during the session. If you already have an electronic version of your artist statement, bring that too; it’s a great starting point for refining and expanding your materials.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with drafts you can refine and reuse, plus the skills to keep using AI to elevate your writing in the future. Whether you’re preparing for exhibitions, residencies, or simply want to better express your artistic vision, this workshop will give you the confidence and tools to put your best words forward.
